At the Nallasamy Lab, we are working on developing ML tools to address difficult clinical challenges in ophthalmology (medical and surgical eye care). These challenges include selecting the correct lens implant power for cataract surgery, identifying cancers from imaging of the eye, and creating assessment systems for surgical performance.
